Providing your selected item(s) are in stock, we despatch your order within 1 business day.

Our post deadline is 4pm (UK time)

Delivery And Handling Charges

Within the UK we charge the following scale for 1st Class delivery by Royal Mail:

• Up to £10.00.- £3.00.p&p.
• £10.00-£20.00.- £3.50.p&p
• £20.00-£30.00.- £4.50.p&p
• £30.00-£40.00.- £5.50.p&p
• £40.00-£50.00.- £5.75.p&p
• £50.00-£60.00.- £6.75.p&p
• £60.00-and over please ring.

If the item is very light e.g. a silk or extremely heavy then the postage will be amended accordingly.

For overseas orders we charge a rate of 10% of order value with a minimum charge of £5

Item not in stock

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will keep you updated on the availability at all times. You may cancel your order at any time prior to our despatch.

Tax Charges

All prices are inclusive of tax.

Credit Card Security

We use PayPal to process all credit card transactions; all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

When you buy an effect or prop from our catalogue you are purchasing the "secret" and for that reason, once opened, goods can only be exchanged if faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. For any queries on this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All orders must be settled in full before goods can be released. Through PayPal we accept all major credit cards and UK debit cards.
